The discomfort you get during this process, which is usually a result of the inflammation and irritation in the area, can lead to the extreme pain, especially during the period days.<br \/><br \/>Symptoms of Endometriosis<br \/><br \/>It&#8217;s funny because sometimes there can be\u00a0no symptoms\u00a0of endometriosis at all unless you have been diagnosed through a\u00a0laparoscope.\u00a0This is where an instrument is inserted through the abdominal wall to visualise the uterus and surrounding structures. However, some of the common symptoms that you might experience include the following :<br \/><br \/><\/p><ul><li dir=\"ltr\">Extreme pain before, during, and after a menstrual cycle.<\/li><li dir=\"ltr\">Nose bleeds with cycle.<\/li><li dir=\"ltr\">Dark menstrual blood<\/li><li dir=\"ltr\">Fatigue<\/li><li dir=\"ltr\">Anemia<\/li><li dir=\"ltr\">Depression<\/li><li dir=\"ltr\">Infertility<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>These symptoms may vary in severity, but they are usually of long term duration, and as many women have discovered, very resistant to many forms of treatment.<br \/><br \/>There are several standard conventional solutions that have been adapted and are often used to treating endometriosis, and the below three are also considered as the solution to endometriosis.<br \/><br \/>Visanne Pill<br \/>Over the years, the Visanne pill has been trusted with the treatment of the painful symptoms of endometriosis. Taking one Visanne pill once every day leads to the shrinking of the endometrial tissue and reduces associated complaints such as pelvic pain and painful monthly bleedings. Unfortunately, once you stop the pill, the pain slowly comes back again, which leads you back to the drawing board.<br \/><br \/>Laser Surgery<br \/>To laser off the excess tissue can also be a solution, but then again, in my experience, l have learned that it grows back. Multiple laser sessions result in more lasers, and each time you do these sessions, the time between surgeries becomes shorter. Bear in mind that the operation has its fair share of pros and cons that you might need to consider before signing up for it. Remember, you do not want to worsen the situation.<br \/><br \/>Hysterectomy<br \/>This is a surgical procedure that removes the uterus and perhaps, cervix, ovaries, fallopian tubes, and other surrounding structures, which includes endometriosis. This procedure can get rid of the reason and the pain but hardly addresses the root cause of the excess tissue growth.<br \/><br \/>The Natural approach to treating endometriosis<br \/><br \/>Detoxifying the body to\u00a0get rid of excess estrogen\u00a0in the body that causes an imbalance can help improve the symptoms of endometriosis.
