One of the single most effective tools in my practice for good health is the 7-day detox. Toxicity can lead to a variety of physical and mental symptoms. I have had patients with a multitude of chronic symptoms that clears after 7 days of detox. Just the other day I had a patient that had a rash on his arm for 3 years. He has tried many different treatments to get rid of this with no success. After only 5 days of detox, the rash disappeared. I have many patients who’s a mental state also improved including low mood.
