I have been in private practice for the past 20 years. This has given me a wealth of experience in understanding and treating complex cases. I help people to improve their health by educating them on the importance of lifestyle, nutrition, body and mind connection, and health choices. I believe the information should be practical, applicable, and accessible.
A few years ago, I did a new DNA test since many new genes have been discovered since my last test 5 years ago. Part of me regrets doing the test because of what I learned, but another part of me is grateful that I have the new knowledge about myself. I found out I am at high risk for developing Dementia / Alzheimers. I had a minor freakout moment! I then decided to research all the aspects that could possibly reduce cognitive decline in more detail. I have completed the Apollo Health course as a registered practitioner from Dr Bredesen.
